The Town of Huntington Community Development Agency, in cooperation with Beechwood Homes, LLC, is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications, on a first-come, first-served basis for three affordable townhouse units priced at $318,625 each at Country Pointe at Huntington. Country Pointe is a newly constructed condominium community located on East Fifth Street in Huntington Station.
The townhouse units each contain three bedrooms and two and a half baths and are available to first-time homebuyers. A first-time homebuyer is defined as a person or persons who have never owned a home, have not owned a home for the last three years, or, a displaced homemaker.
To be eligible, the income for a household size of one person cannot exceed $93,072; for two persons, $106,368; and for three persons, $119,664. Applicants must also meet asset qualification requirements.
